As a company deeply engaged in the water purification industry, INTOPAQUA has consistently prioritized technological innovation, deeply participating in and driving technological change in the water purifier market. From filtration efficiency to user experience, we demonstrate the direction of industry technology development with practical results. Regarding core filtration technology, we are not content with simply optimizing traditional techniques, but instead focus on in-house research and development. To address regional water quality variations, we have developed "RO + nanofiltration dual-membrane composite technology." This technology not only efficiently removes trace contaminants such as heavy metals and antibiotics like traditional RO technology, but also accurately retains beneficial minerals such as calcium and magnesium in the water. This technology is currently implemented in our mainstream home models, meeting the water quality requirements of over 200 cities nationwide. Furthermore, we have deeply integrated ultrafiltration technology with whole-home water purification applications, launching high-throughput pre-filter cartridges. With their anti-clogging and easy-to-rinse properties, they have become a core component of whole-home water purification systems, serving over 500,000 households.
In terms of intelligent technology application, INTOPAQUA is committed to transforming water purification equipment from "passive filtration" to "active service." Our independently developed intelligent water purification system, equipped with a customized chip and dedicated app, allows users to view real-time water TDS values and remaining filter cartridge life. The system also automatically generates cartridge replacement reminders and water quality optimization suggestions based on user water usage and local water quality trends. More notably, we've integrated AI algorithms into our high-end models. Using built-in water quality sensors, we monitor incoming water quality in real time and automatically adjust filtration efficiency and output efficiency. For example, in southern China, where water quality is better, the system will appropriately reduce the workload of the RO membrane, extending its lifespan by over 30%. In northern China, where water quality is harder, the system will enhance the efficiency of the ion exchange resin to ensure that the output water hardness consistently meets drinking standards, ensuring our technology is truly tailored to user needs.
Practicing green development is a key principle in INTOPAQUA's technology development. In terms of energy-saving technology, the new energy-saving booster pump we launched has an operating power consumption 40% lower than conventional products in the industry, and the standby power consumption is controlled below 0.8 watts. Based on an average household usage of 4 hours per day, the annual electricity bill can be saved by more than 80 yuan. In terms of environmental protection, we not only use biodegradable materials to make filter cartridge housings, but also launched an "old filter cartridge recycling program" to disassemble, separate and reuse discarded filter cartridges through professional technology. Currently, we have established recycling points in 30 cities across the country, and have recycled more than 100,000 old filter cartridges, reducing plastic pollution by approximately 20 tons, and using practical actions to promote the industry's development in a green and sustainable direction.
