Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, quotations are for reference and are not binding until both parties confirm the order through official business documents.

Samples may be provided for product evaluation before mass production. Sample cost, shipping cost, development cost, and sample lead time should be confirmed before arrangement.

For OEM/ODM or customized projects, mass production normally proceeds based on approved samples, confirmed specifications, or written approval from the customer.

Changes after sample approval may affect cost, lead time, and production feasibility.

Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on key details, including product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, packaging, delivery terms, and production schedule.

Production lead time may vary depending on material availability, order quantity, customization complexity, sample approval, factory schedule, and logistics conditions.

INTOPAQUA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late confirmation, late payment, customer-requested changes, customs issues, shipping delays, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.

Payment terms should be agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Common arrangements may include deposit before production and balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

Orders may not enter production until the required payment or deposit is received. Delayed payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, or order cancellation.

Shipping terms, shipping method, freight cost, delivery address, and required documents should be confirmed before shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

INTOPAQUA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, import procedures, incorrect shipping information, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk transfer, freight responsibility, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and insurance depend on the agreed trade terms.

INTOPAQUA follows reasonable quality control procedures during material preparation, production, assembly, inspection, and packing.

Customers are encouraged to confirm product details, samples, packaging requirements, and inspection standards before mass production.

If third-party inspection is required, it should be arranged before shipment and agreed in advance. Additional inspection costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Because many products are supplied for B2B, OEM, ODM, wholesale, or customized orders, returns may not be accepted unless there is a confirmed quality issue or written agreement.

Any quality claim should be submitted within a reasonable time after receipt of goods and should include clear evidence such as photos, videos, inspection reports, order number, batch details, and problem description.

We will review the issue and provide a reasonable solution, which may include repair advice, replacement parts, discount, remake, credit, or another mutually agreed handling method.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, normal wear, customer-approved specifications, or third-party handling may not be covered.

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, videos, logos, and brand materials, belongs to INTOPAQUA or its authorized partners unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Customer-provided logos, brand names, drawings, references, or designs remain the property of the customer or their lawful owner.

By submitting such materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize us to use them for quotation, sampling, production, packaging, and order communication.

If you provide trademarks, logos, artworks, reference images, technical drawings, packaging files, or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

INTOPAQUA is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided materials, unauthorized brand use, trademark infringement, design infringement, or misleading ownership claims.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that may involve infringement, illegal content, unsafe requirements, or unreasonable commercial risk.

We understand that OEM and ODM projects may involve confidential business information, product ideas, technical requirements, market plans, or brand materials.

We take reasonable care to protect such information. For projects requiring stronger confidentiality protection, both parties may sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

This website may include links to third-party platforms, tools, logistics providers, payment services, or social media pages.

These third-party services are not controlled by INTOPAQUA, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or performance.
