The C-GAC activated granular carbon filter element utilizes highly adsorbable activated granular carbon, welded using a special process. It effectively removes odor and free chlorine from water. Available in coal-based or coconut shell charcoal, it's available in 5", 10", and 20" lengths. It boasts a filtration accuracy of 1-10μm, a maximum operating temperature of 55°C, a maximum water pressure of 7.2 bar at 20°C, and a water flow rate exceeding 300 L/H (10" filter element). Iodine values range from 300-1000 mg/g for coal-based charcoal and 800-1150 mg/g for coconut shell charcoal. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, commercial, and industrial water filtration.

·Material: Made of PP cotton and sintered carbon (or scale-inhibiting carbon). The PP cotton filters large particles, while the sintered carbon (or scale-inhibiting carbon) adsorbs small organic molecules and removes residual chlorine.

·Length: 250mm, compatible with filter cartridges in a variety of common water purification systems.

·Maximum operating temperature: 55°C, providing stable filtration within a certain temperature range, meeting the needs of varying water temperatures.

·Diameter: Available in two outer diameters, 68mm and 113mm, to accommodate filter cartridge installation spaces in various water purification systems.

·Residual chlorine removal rate: 98%, effectively removing residual chlorine from water, improving water quality and safety.

·Lifespan: 4-6 months, a moderate lifespan. Replacement is recommended based on water quality to ensure optimal filtration performance.

·Iodine value: 1000-1150mg/g. A high iodine value indicates excellent adsorption performance, enabling more efficient adsorption of small organic molecules.

·Application areas: pharmaceutical, food and beverage, commercial, industrial water filtration, etc., with a wide range of applications.
