INTOP at Watrex Egypt 2025
In May 2025, the INTOP team traveled to Cairo, Egypt, to attend Watrex Egypt 2025 – the most important water treatment exhibition in North Africa.
From May 12 to 14, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, we walked through the halls as visitors. As a Chinese manufacturer of reverse osmosis water purification equipment, we chose not to set up a booth this time. Instead, we wanted to observe, listen, and learn.
A Different Perspective
No booth. No waiting for visitors. We walked among the crowd, talked with people, and took notes. For three days, we focused on understanding the real needs of the Middle East and North Africa market.
What We Found
We met local Egyptian distributors looking for reliable suppliers. We talked with international buyers interested in future cooperation. We discussed technology, markets, and Egypt's national water strategy running through 2050. Every conversation felt like planting a seed.
Why This Matters
Standing by the Nile, we saw firsthand how much this region needs good water solutions. Watrex is more than an exhibition – it's a bridge connecting manufacturers from Europe, America, and Asia with the Middle East market. We hope to be part of that bridge.
